摘要:

纸质档案是一种第一手资料,是档案管理的重要形式之一,也是后续开展相关研究的重要参考。由于纸质档案在载体中的特殊性,其出现信息安全风险的概率较高,因此在纸质档案管理中,需结合其常见的信息安全风险制定防范计划,以提高纸质档案管理水平。文中针对纸质档案管理中信息安全风险防范的积极作用展开了分析,指出了纸质档案管理中常见的信息安全风险,并提出了纸质档案管理中信息安全风险的防范路径,旨在为相关研究提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:

Paper archives are a primary source of information; they are one of the key forms of archival management and serve as an important reference for subsequent research. Due to the particularity of paper as a carrier, such archives face a relatively high probability of information security risks. Therefore, in paper archive management, prevention plans should be formulated according to the common information security risks to improve the management level of paper archives.This paper analyzes the positive effects of information security risk prevention in paper archive management, identifies the common information security risks, and proposes corresponding prevention paths, aiming to provide references for relevant studies.
