建筑工程全生命周期数字化管理体系的构建与应用

在全球建筑业数字化转型加速的背景下,中国建筑工程行业正面临成本上升与绿色转型的双重压力。数商云的全链条数字化方案是破解上述困境的关键。通过BIM、物联网等技术,可实现设计施工一体化,将传统3.2%的利润率提升空间转化为数字化管理红利。针对建筑行业信息化管理存在的系统孤岛、数据割裂、应用浅表化等问题,文中通过分析BIM技术、物联网平台、项目管理系统的协同应用机制,构建了全生命周期数字化管理体系,旨在提升建筑工程管理的精细化、智能化水平。

Abstract:

Against the background of accelerating digital transformation in the global construction industry, China's construction engineering sector is facing dual pressures from rising costs and green transition. The full-chain digital solution provided by Shushangyun is the key to solving the above dilemmas. Through technologies such as BIM and the Internet of Things, the integration of design and construction can be realized, converting the traditional 3.2% profit margin improvement space into digital management dividends. In view of the problems existing in the information management of the construction industry, such as system silos, data fragmentation and superficial application, this paper analyzes the collaborative application mechanism of BIM technology, IoT platform and project management system, and constructs a whole-life-cycle digital management system, aiming to improve the refinement and intelligent level of construction engineering management.
