随着信息技术的快速发展和互联网的普及,事业单位档案管理工作逐步实现了信息化、数字化转型,提升了档案管理的效率和准确性,满足了新时代背景下用户对信息资源高效利用和共享的需求。文中从互联网基本概述出发,通过对基于互联网的事业单位档案信息化建设原则的分析,构建了一套完善的档案信息化管理体系,旨在为事业单位提供可操作的实践指导和理论支撑。

Abstract:

With the rapid advancement of information technology and the popularization adoption of the internet, the archival management practices of public institutions have progressively undergone a transformation towards informatisation and digitisation. This shift has enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of archival management, meeting the demands of users in the new era for the effective utilisation and sharing of information resources. Beginning with a fundamental overview of the internet, this paper analyses the principles underpinning the development of internet-based archival informatisation within public institutions. It thereby constructs a comprehensive archival informatisation management system, aiming to provide operational guidance and theoretical underpinnings for public institutions.
