摘要:

为解决事业单位档案信息资源分散存储、共享不畅等问题,文中以Web技术为核心支撑,阐述了档案信息资源整合与共享方法的设计要点。具体地,分析了档案信息资源整合的核心需求,构建了"分级整合-技术互联-集中共享"的完整体系,并对所提方法进行了验证。结果表明,所提方法不仅具有理论价值,还具备实践操作的可行性与实效性,可提升档案信息资源的整合效率与利用价值,推动档案管理工作的网络化、智能化转型。

Abstract:

To address issues such as the fragmented storage and poor sharing of archival information resources in public institutions, this paper outlines the key design considerations for methods to integrate and share such resources, with Web technology serving as the core technical foundation. Specifically, the paper analyzes the core requirements for integrating archival information resources, constructs a comprehensive system based on "tiered integration—technological interconnection—centralized sharing" and validates the proposed method. The results indicate that the proposed method not only holds theoretical value but also demonstrates practical feasibility and effectiveness. It can enhance the efficiency and utility of archival information resource integration, thereby driving the digital and intelligent transformation of archival management.
