    摘要:

    随着消防职能延伸扩大,指战员心理压力加剧、心理问题凸显,其心理健康日益受重视,但传统心理工作存在诸多局限,制约了消防心理健康工作的高质量发展。人工智能凭借智能化、高效化、个性化优势,为消防心理工作提供了新的契机。文中探讨了人工智能在消防救援队伍心理工作中的应用,通过创新心理健康教育模式、构建智能化心理评估体系、实施个性化心理干预,优化升级队伍心理工作体系,探索了消防心理工作新模式,助力消防心理工作高效开展,为指战员心理健康成长与全面发展提供了支撑。

    Abstract:

    With the extension and expansion of fire-fighting functions, the psychological pressure on fire fighters has increased, psychological problems have become prominent, and their mental health has attracted increasing attention. However, traditional psychological work has many limitations, which restricts the high-quality development of fire-fighting mental health work. Artificial intelligence, with its advantages of intelligence, high efficiency and personalization, provides a new opportunity for firefighting psychological work. This paper explores the application of artificial intelligence in the psychological work of the fire rescue team. By innovating the mental health education model, constructing an intelligent psychological assessment system, and implementing personalized psychological intervention, it optimizes and upgrades the team ?s psychological work system, explores a new model of fire-fighting psychological work, helps the efficient development of fire-fighting psychological work, and provides support for the mental health growth and all-round development of fire fighters.
