摘要:

针对海上交通事故频发的严峻形势,基于传感器的电子海图系统在航线规划、安全监测及碰撞规避等领域发挥着日益重要的作用。将AIS导航技术与电子海图深度融合,是提升电子海图应用效能,保障船舶航行安全的关键路径。文中在阐述电子海图与AIS导航工作原理的基础上,重点分析了两者融合的关键技术,并从系统架构设计、核心功能开发及性能测试验证3个维度提出了具体的融合策略。研究成果可为提升我国航海安全保障水平提供理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract:

In view of the severe situation of frequent maritime traffic accidents, sensor based electronic chart system plays an increasingly important role in the fields of route planning, safety monitoring and collision avoidance. The deep integration of AIS navigation technology and electronic chart is the key path to improve the application efficiency of electronic chart and ensure the safety of ship navigation. On the basis of expounding the working principle of electronic chart and AIS navigation, this paper emphatically analyzes the key technologies of their integration, and puts forward specific integration strategies from three dimensions of system architecture design, core function development and performance test verification. The research results can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving China's maritime safety assurance level.
